A report received today confirms that the authorities in Sandpoint foreclosed having planned to use the 40 acres homeland of the McGuckin family for a real estate development involving millions of dollars and a tax on their land before of $5,000 was owed in taxes and although the family was legally entitled to an exemption because of an illness the husband and father had, the property is said to have been taken illegally. It is the responsibility of the court to be fair and just but they are in fact a den of thieves. This mother was held in prison on a hundred thousand dollars bail until the children were all removed. This is a new way of swift eviction. Under our constitution, a private residence cannot be taxed but our constitution is a joke anymore and is forbidden to be argued in any court in the land because it is directly against modern legal procedures. We have experienced virtually the same injustice 13 years ago in 1988. A report from a local newspaper in that area suggested that it was a land grab and that none of the propaganda spread by the local law was at all true. I would expect this type of action around here but not in Northern Idaho. A lawyer representing this family, Michael Steele, was suddenly disbarred from practicing law in the state. These people are victims of a conspiracy to profit and God will judge this evil action to the last person. We live in a wicked world with evil thinkers always grabbing assets like lunatics. Be not a part of this evil society and do not support evil deeds by a parlous system. Finally the mother was offered bail if she would not try and contact her children but she refused the offer and still remains in jail, she is smart. It was reported that the media got in their way.
